The Ellesse brand is the brainchild of
Leonardo Servadio born in the late 1950s,
the name was born from his intitial L and S.
First introduced as a way to bring
more style into ski wear it soon revolutionised
the ski world by inventing performance enhancing
fabric with lots of style to it. By the 1980s
Ellesse was taken up by the tennis
world becoming the official supplier
to 10 national ski teams and sponsers.
Boris Becker was a favourite poster boy now
wearing the style with the new half ball logo.
